Procedure for retrieving alarm reports on Allestec FG8800 Control Panel
Fire control panel must NOT have been powered down since alarm or reports will have been lost.
1) On keyboard press “Ctrl” and “F11”.
2) On screen arrow to number 3 “Save fire alarm only report” and select.
3) On screen arrow to number 4 “Save gas alarm only report” and select.
4) On screen arrow to number 5 “Save warning alarm only report” and select.
5) On screen arrow to number 6 “Save fault only report” and select.
6) On screen arrow to number 7 “Save all alarm history reports” and select.
7) On keyboard press “Windows” key and “E” key at same time to open windows explorer.
8) Insert a USB drive into control panel.
9) Change view to “Details”.
10) On screen navigate to “Disk C” and double click / tap.
11) Select “Reports” folder and copy to USB drive. The USB drive will show up as “Hard Disk”.
12) Rename the copied “Reports” folder to the unit number that it is from.
13) Close windows explorer.
14) Remove USB drive.
15) Tap screen to make “Onguard” program the active program again. If this is not done alarms will not report correctly.
Note: The USB drive must be 1GB or smaller. The control panel will not recognize any USB drive larger than 1GB. Also the fewer files on the USB drive the faster it will be recognized by the control pane
